This model features 22 polypropylene (PP) bins of three different sizes: 12 Medium (14" D x 5.5" W x 5.5" H); 6 Large (14" D x 10.5" W x 7" H); 4 X-Large (14" D x 16" W x 7" H). Includes 22 bin labels and four 3-inch black wheels with two locking. Bins slide out and lock for easy use. Systems are NSF-Certified for storage in commercial environments. **Q: Does Seville offer a divider for the smallest bin ?  I bought dividers for the 2 largest bins with this set, but do not see any for the smaller bins.**

**Q: Do the shelves go with the lip up or down? before i go any further i want to know - does it matter? currently have the lip up and the bottom shelf on.**
A: Do not know what you mean by lip up. I guess you mean the ledge at rear of shelf well it would go up to prevent bins from falling off back. And the shelf should only properly go one way, because holes are tapered to lock in. Hope this was helpful.

I'm tempted to give this a four-star review for packaging and directions, but the unit assembled very easily, is easy to maneuver on the castors, and seems very durable. A couple notes on issues other customers have reported: 1. Trouble in assembly. This totally makes sense with the way the shelves are affixed to the beams. I was very confused the first time I ran into this style of plastic bracket. The brackets have grooves on the inside that are supposed to align with the notches in the beams. Make sure they're aligned with the end closer to the groove pointing up. These fit inside the shelf holes. The shelf holds the bracket together and the groove keeps it from sliding. Work from the bottom of the beams to the top adding shelves, making sure each bracket is installed correctly to the groove and snugly inside the shelf hole. 2. Trouble with damage to the bins. The packaging isn't the best. The shelves are not all bound together and so tend to slide in the box a little. There's no padding between the shelves/poles and the bins. Some shipping tape or zip ties to keep the shelves together and some simple cardboard to protect the bins could do a lot to mitigate this issue. My unit arrived without any damage, so I'm not sure how often this is an issue.
