In colder weather, I would wear a wool cover underneath the hat for added insulation and the gloves are too thin and not waterproof to withstand snow/wet/extremely cold temps. These are not waterproof and are not reinforced with extra insulation. That said, it is soft and cozy and serves its purpose as stated above!! ### ⭐⭐ Do not buy poorly stitched *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2020* I really wanted this to work out because I like the style but unfortunately it’s made really poorly and cheap. I usually wash everything before my baby uses it and I wash all his hats in gloves in a mesh bag in a delicate setting and on that first wash I noticed the mitten had a hole! Really poor stitching!
