I purchased this hair serum but received plain water instead of the actual serum. I realized it only after using it, and when I contacted Amazon customer service, they said I should have raised the complaint within 5 days. Unfortunately, it had already been 8 days, so they refused a refund or return.I ended up losing ₹2000 for a completely useless product. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the support. Be very careful before buying this item.Also MRP is 1889, Amazon is selling it for 1977.

Wirkt, aber Flasche nur halb voll
Bei der Wirkung bin ich mir fast sicher, dass das Produkt einen großen Beitrag zum Stopp meines Haarausfalls beigetragen hat. Ich habe bereits 2x gekauft. Beim ersten Mal ist mir schon aufgefallen, dass die Verpackung beschädigt und die Flasche nur halb voll ist und man damit nicht weit kommt. Bei der zweiten Lieferung war es wieder der Fall. Die Folie um die Verpackung herum war gerade so eingerissen, dass man die Verpackung öffnen konnte. Das war bei beiden Lieferungen identisch. Ich hätte es beim zweiten Mal (gerade bei dem Preis) eigentlich zurück geschickt, aber ich wollte die Behandlung damit nicht unterbrechen. Ich werde auf ein anderes, ähnliches Produkt umsteigen. Schade
