The media could not be loaded.  The tereoganítion is really fast, so great, finger print is excellent.& The battery is un believable, long life.tis phone is exactly, what ie been looking for, the phone is well built, all my phones are unlocked, phone Incase something happens to one of my phones the I just take sim card & put in another phone & it works no broblems.Another thing the phone is unlocked, & gsm okIt works with my T-Mobile sim card ,It works with straight talk.It works with att. They do on mine?I just want to thank, ulefone,for a week uilt phone.

The phone is a waste of money as it drops every call made, takes up to 1 minute to dial any number. It's cheaply made & all the pictures are fuzzy & blurred.

This phone Works well, except when it doesn't..now, I am puzzled whether it could be Android 11, the phone software, or carrier. BUT it loses connection every 2 or 3 days. The calls and texts don't come in and others say either they get a busy signal or voicemail picks up. All that's needed is a reboot to get it back, but still annoying. Also had major issue trying to format SD card. Kept losing the settings and at every reboot it wants to try and format the card. Also I was upset that it only has the 2.4 Ghz. And not the 5Ghz radio, after receiving it. The face recognition works great but the fingerprint sensor is mediocre at best. There is lots to like about the phone, but needs these bugs ironed out. Hubby and I each have one of these and the size of battery was the biggest draw but I myself may just go back to the Umidigi phones which have been excellent in the past.

Not so good with the barcode-scanning process. It sometimes turns off itself. I'm not enjoying the usage of this phone right now. Can it be changed or returned for a better one? It now takes over four hours to be fully charged.

Phones ok but they sent the wrong color from what I'd ordered,also has the worst camera ever and this is the slowest charging phone I have ever owned.

I am returning. 3rd ulefone purchased and it's subpar and I cannot make calls. TMobile said the phone is locked. I really enjoy my Armor 12 5g but have broken two screens. I guess I will just search for a screen replacement.

Received 2nd phone and it is working well. Company treated me fairly. Would use them again.
