Yes I would recommend the large. It should fit you well. I’m 5’7 and I bought one large and one medium. The large Jersey is definitely big on me as far as length wise, so it should fit you good.

I'm 5'6" and 175... the sizing is not American sizing. The Large is actually larger... I had to return the large. If your waist is about 32-33, get the medium. Mind you that the bib is not made like a regular cycling bib... meaning, for guys, you can't pull down the front when nature calls for #1 because of the way its made... it's too high above the belly button. You'll have to take off the jersey OR lift the leg bottom if your thighs are too big when nature calls ;-)

Usually 34 x 36 is an extra large but an extra large is a little too tight on me for my size

I also wear between 34-36 and am about 200lbs. I bought the US xl size and the shorts were slightly snug. I like them tight though. After a few rides they loosened up a bit. The jersey however was huge in the xl. They sent me a large to replace it and that too was a little big. Again I like my gear snug, more of a race fit

I am 5’9” tall… 190 lbs… 34-35” waist… 43” chest. I like my Kits to fit tight… what size should I order??

The size large would fit you good on top but the waist in the large is 32 to 24, so you will either end up in a large that fits a bit tight in the waist but good on top or the xl with the waist that will fit good and the top will have a little room. My husband is 5'5 and 165, He wears the l and it fits him well enough that even if he gained ten pounds he could still wear it. Hope that helps.
