Wow. I've had lower back pain since the start of March and I have tried everything to get rid of it - hot water bottles, back support straps, back support straps you put in the freezer and microwave, ibuprofen gel and tablets, deep heat max strength, deep freeze... The only thing that helped a bit was deep heat but that didn't fix the problem, I bought tiger balm yesterday and within 2 applications I felt like my back was back to normal. I had a good sleep, managed to exercise for an hour this morning without any discomfort and just put some more on now. Will keep using for the next few days but I think this has worked amazingly! It's a lot less sharp feeling than deep heat, too and easy to apply. I would recommend this first if you have muscle pain

Great product and easy to use. No worry about needing to wash your hands after use unlike when using a cream. Strange thing is that sometimes I don't feel it on my skin. But when it works, it creates a great distraction for the brain and I don't feel pain as much. Will most definitely buy it again for back pain.

Now this stuff has helped numb my sciatic nerve .. I was in agony last few days but it feels numb… saved this little beauty

Not as good as the traditional balm but easy to put on. It doesn't have the traditional smell either. It does help so I will use it.

Really helps me with the pain I feel when going up the stairs. In less pain, would really recommend to anyone. With the application it is easy to used.
