These are a must try.At first, upon opening the packet, the quantity looked so less. So, I decided to throw in lots and lots of veggies in the wok. I didn't boil/cook these noodles. Only took them out of the packet and added to a strainer and washed them thoroughly under running water. Then I just left them to dry out a bit.In the meantime, I sauteed lots of veggies and added chinese sauces to the wok and then added the shirtataki noodles. I only cooked for about 4-5 mins after this stirring continuously..please note that the noodles have absolutely no taste of their own. So we will have to added masala/sauces to develop whatever taste we wish for this dish..And wolla, these came out as a real delight. These must be really full of fibre as our tummies very much full after having these.One packet is good for one person's serving.Downsides:Price is very high.I experienced few rounds to the washroom the next morning for pooping..seems like these helped me in clearing my bowels. I’ve seen other reviews as well were people mentioned it as rubbery it could be the case with boiled noodles(I didn’t try the boiling) I made the stir fry version on High heat intensity burner turn out to be superb.
