I usually buy this at Target, but the stock at my local store was low, so I bought it here, and I’m glad I did, just so I could write a review! I’ve tried for years to find the best natural deodorant for myself and my daughter, who just started wearing deodorant last year. I’ve personally tried numerous other brands and this is by far the best! My daughter and I have tried a few different scents of this brand, and we like them all. She has extremely sensitive skin, and this does not cause any irritation on her. It works great for both of us! A few things all people should know. 1. This is a natural deodorant. It will be a little coarse because it doesn’t have fake ingredients in it to smooth it out. Follow the directions on the container. Warm it up with your fingers, or hold it in your armpit for a few seconds and then spread it on. If you wait a few minutes after you apply it to put your shirt on, it shouldn’t get on your shirt. 2. It is a deodorant…not an antiperspirant! You will still sweat, but you shouldn’t smell. Sweating is good for your body anyway. If you know you are going to sweat during the day, prepare for it and wear appropriate clothes or bring a change of shirt. I think this is by far the best natural deodorant out there. I have bought other brands that caused irritation on my skin, discolored shirts, and made my sweat smell awful. This brand does none of that.

My 4 year old is always running and jumping and gets a bit of an odor. Plus she has sensitive armpits. We've tried others and all they did was break her out. I finally found this one and I am so glad that I didn't give up looking. It keeps her armpits dry. It does not break her out. It does have a very strong scent. Once I put it on her you can follow her little scent for a while before it dies down. It doesn't stain. You do have to be careful with putting it on though cause it will start to crumble a bit in small areas. So don't press too firmly. Trust me you don't need to either. Overall I would recommend it if you can handle the intensity of the smell till it goes away.

I like this product. My 3 year young baby had been a little onion-ey despite all I was doing to control it without the use of harsh chemicals. It was important her innocence was protected, that was gentle and not grown smelling and that maintained her throughout the day. I initially was going to make some homemade deodorant but was skeptical about how to balance the ingredients that would not irritate her sensitive skin. Thankfully I didn't have to, I researched and came across Play Pits. I purchased the lavender scent, and I really like it. All I used use is 1 swipe and she has even gone 4 days not having to use it ( I think she tried hiding it and hide from herself to 🤭🙃, and Thankfully there has been no issues! Some people might frown on a 3 year young using deodorant, but I respect her as I respect myself and disagree with letting her go around smelling onion-ey.

My 8 year old's previous "kid" deodorant was no longer working. Even after showering and applying it, there was still a strong "onion" smell present 😖. We were both getting very frustrated and discouraged. After reading multiple reviews on kid friendly deodorants, I decided on this one. And let me tell you, Play Pits has been a game changer!! The "onion" funk is gone!! (Halleluyer!) The odor protection lasts all day. The lavender scent is pleasant and not overpowering. There's been no irritation to the underarms either. My child is so much more confident now ❤. And I no longer have to keep telling them to put their arms down 🤢🤭. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it's worth it for a product that works. We're both very pleased with the purchase.
