Challenging to swallow, but easily with yogurt. It is challenging to obtain the mg dose with capsules. Helps with muscle spasms. Reasonable price. Source Naturals always has excellent products. Documented to develop pharmaceutical-grade supplements. Manufactured in Santa Cruz, California

Lifesaver
This product is a lifesaver for me! Perimenopause had me suddenly aching all over from horrific joint pain. One day I was fine, and the next I could barely get dressed or get out of a chair. I had never had any issues before, so it was so scary to just wake up that way. My doctor ran a bunch of tests, but she was baffled. She suggested pain management, but I read a blurb about malic acid and decided to give it a try. Within a couple of days my pain was gone!

I've been taking malic acid for about two months now to help with my energy levels and general body aches. I've found it to be very effective. I feel less fatigued during the day and have noticed a reduction in the minor aches I used to have, especially after a long day of work. The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any digestive discomfort. I appreciate that this product is a standalone supplement, so I know exactly what I'm taking. Great stuff
I have ongoing issues with my gallbladder as do most of my relatives. I order this in hopes that what I studied really worked and after doing a cleanse, found these to help with when i would have minor pain. There are other factors involved like a complete diet change, but these help when I fall off and have an issue. I would recommend them, but don't use them to ignore an underlying problem. If you don't know physiology don't self medicate without a doctor to help you! I am just saying these are effective for me and not some bs ingredients
