Quality WW2 aircraft model kit
Excellent plastic kit by Airfix for the intermediate builder includes two iconic aircraft from the second world war that can be displayed separately or in a "dog fight" pose atop an included stand. The detail on each is awesome, especially for the relatively small scale (1:72). I especially enjoy the separate, positionable rudder (on both planes) and the flaps on the P-51.

All the paint was dried up
The kit is gonna be great with good instructions and fit seems decent as well. BUT--the paint that came with the kit was all hardened and dried up. Very disappointing and now need to purchase the paints that I don't already have to keep it close to authentic. Glad I wasn't giving it as a gift to someone who didn't already have paints!
