These cushions turned out to be very comfortable and genuinely helpful. They make a noticeable difference when wearing heels, especially by reducing pressure on the ball of the foot. The gel feels soft and supportive, and the inserts stay in place well without making the shoes feel too tight. They’re also easy to position and can make uncomfortable shoes much more wearable. A simple product, but a very useful one. I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend them for high heels or any shoes that put extra pressure on the front of your feet.

I have arthritis in my big toe, and wearing heels had become so painful that I almost stopped wearing them altogether. I decided to give these ball-of-foot cushions a try, and I’m so glad I did! The key is placing the cushion just behind the ball of your foot—not directly under the painful area. That positioning helped redistribute the pressure and made a huge difference. They are very sticky and works like a gem! Very comfortable to walk with! Highly recommend if you've got a shoe that's too big for you and you want to make it snug!

The besttt! I have a super narrow feet and usually on high sandals my fingers slip down and they ended up looking horrible. This cushions helped me a lot maintaining my fingers were they have to be and I feel more secure wearing sandals with open toe. The thickness helps me fill out the extra space (since my feet are very narrow), so it really helps with the stability. I paste them in a pair of sandals about 2 years ago and they still haven’t peel off.

I have had a bad experience in the past when using a store bought doctor brand gel cushion which completely ruin my night because using the gel cushion was worst than without. I ended pulling them out and threw them in the trash before eve reached the party. With that said, you can understand my caution when buying another gel cushion. But other customers’ reviews gave me reason to reconsider. Wow!!!! Thank goodness I bought this because the moment I adjusted them to fit my comfort levels, I was blown away at how soft and comfortable it feels. With each confident step I took, I can feel the gel’s movement adapting and shifting to the pressure of the ball of my feet. I now have renewed my hope on having a comfortable/painless night in the shoes that I love. Also this price point, it is definitely worth recommending to all my friends and families too! Just as a side note, I bought half a size up from my regular heels shoes size so without the gel cushion, it was loose, but after the cushion, it was more fitted.
