These are such a lifesaver for so many pairs of shoes for me. The ball of my foot tends to get tired and painful if I'm in heels for too long but I have put these in multiple pairs of my shoes and they have saved my feet. I am able to walk around in them for so much longer without any pain. Super easy to install.

The cushions seems to be comfortable I tested them briefly haven’t tested them a longer wear yet so that is why I gave this product a 4 star

These work well in shoes. They really keep your feet from slipping. These made it very easy to walk in.

Maybe this would be better for someone with long toes, but it’s not gonna work for my female size 5-5.5 feet. The raised part that goes between the toes and ball of foot (metatarsal) means that it cannot be placed any farther back. So there’s about 1/2” visible beyond my toes. Yes, I have little feet, and my toes aren’t very long. My 3 middle toes extend 3/4” to 1” and my big toe extends 1 3/8” from the ball of foot. The toe area extends about 1 1/8” at the center. I tried cutting off the end of one of the pads, but the end is sticky. I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The quality of materials seems good, but it’s not helpful at all for me because I wanted to use them in sandals.

I am an aging millennial and walking around in my cute little heels and wedges was getting rough. This was truly depressing, because dressing myself in my eccentric-cute outfits is EVERYTHING TO ME. To me with anxiety, and autism, my clothes are like armor, a way to project myself as the person I want to be. Loosing the matching shoes was heartbreaking. These are a complete gamechanger. When I used them for the first time I nearly cried when I wore a pair of heels I hadn't worn in over a year, and thought I had lost forever. I walked all around downtown Knoxville with ZERO problems. They are supportive, SUPER cushy, and soft. Also, they really stay put, I was sweating all day and they didn't move an inch. Amazing, 100% recommend.
