After I charged and used one time the device wouldn’t work again even after hours of charging. I contacted amazon but the policy says no returns. Then they will return but unfortunately it got false promises and a product that doesn’t work. Be careful people it seems even amazon wont give you back anything if they sold faulty personal products

This system works great but you need patience. This is not one step system and it takes around 3 weeks to 1 months to see the final results if you stick to it and use all the strips. I used around 10 of them to see a clear diffrence in my teeths color. I actually tought they don't work by the 6 strip because there was not like a wow difference but stick to it please and you will start to see the difference by the 10th strip (they're 16 in the box). Now what I think it worked for me to not get the product on my gums was cleaning the teetha of saliva really well before the strip application, than apply as close as possible to the gums but not touch them , and after the lamp turns off (10min) keep a cloth in your mouth so the peroxide stays on your teeth and don't come out into your mouth. So yea please stick to the treatements (unless it burns yous gums ofcourse) but you will see a difference after 2-3 weeks for sure. It's worth the money especially because after you can keep the lamp and you can use it with other products like Crest.

UPDATE: I reached out to this company and they sent me new nonexpired film set (not the light mouth piece since it worked). I'm very happy with the outcome & results of this product after using it! I would highly recommend this set!! My teeth look amazing!! 😁 I just received my teeth whitening strip kit and realized it's EXPIRED!! Hydrogen peroxide is only good for so long and it loses it's effectiveness. I'd like a nonexpired kit please!! I want this to work! I'm going to a wedding in a week, hopefully I can get a replacement in time!! Not happy after choosing this whitening kit over many others 😖

I have had this for several months now and it is still working strong. The blue lights are very bringht. I have no way to verify if they are actually emitting the right wavelength to actually help the peroxide work. The price was right and it came with a nice sotage case as well as a charger so you don't have a cord hanging out of your my mouth.

This whitener is very easy to use and really works well. It has many lights and makes a difference very quickly. It only comes with a small amount of gel, though it can be used with any tooth whitening gel. It is worth the price.
