She didn't LOVE my ministrations, but she put up with them. The directions are clear, and I was able to clean her ear very well the first time. I didn't LOVE the baby powder scent (it's not my favorite; I'd prefer tea tree), but it wasn't at all unpleasant. In fact, I didn't really smell it, so it's mostly a non-issue. I think the cleaner keeps working (there's no way to get ALL of it out, right?) because my dog's ear still smelled a bit the day after I cleaned it, but the NEXT day (and on), there's been no smell!
