Cracked
It cracked on use. I have been using glass kettles for ages abd know how to use them. Loved the shape and utility, but it cracked. NO option to exchange.

Bad product quality and seller problem
Product thickness is not good hence it's not sure to use it on gas or flame, also the product quality is also not good wouldn't recommend to buy because seller doesn't have refund option which is absolutely unfair , now i am facing difficulty to return this product . First time ever i am unhappy with Amazon why are they allowing such seller to sell their product who doesn't fullfill customers needs and services satisfaction. Pls dont buy from this seller

Very poor quality
1. The seive (chalni) is too small, so you have to add a lot of water for it to be in contact with the tea leaves and everything. The seive material is also bad quality. 2. The kettle broke quickly, it was on the stove for only two minutes and blasted.
