A: It's for one block. But worth it. U can adjust it using rubber tube fixtures inside it. It not only prevents from scratch n accidents bt also adds on a rugged look.

Solid guards, made of thick plastic, with four adapter half-sleeves per unit, to fit lower dia pipes. Fixed with solid bolts and nuts, but allen key not supplied. But they should not cost more than Rs. 50/- apiece plus shipping.
