Es un poco grande de tamaño pero se puede plegar y queda algo más recogido, por lo que no ocupa tanto al guardarlo. I’m so glad to have found a safe and versatile mandoline that folds up and takes up almost no space in cupboards—definitely the best and safest I’ve tried so far. It feels very sturdy and well engineered. I’ve been using it consistently for a few months now, and nothing has broken. I love how easy it is to customize the shape and thickness of what you’re cutting just by adjusting the controls. One of the main reasons I hesitated to buy this type of tool before was the difficulty and time required for cleaning. With this one, I’ve found the cleaning process to be quite easy, depending on what you’ve been cutting—softer foods like tomatoes can be a bit more difficult to clean than something like a cucumber. Although it is labeled as dishwasher-safe, I would recommend washing the main blade component by hand using the provided tools, as you need to move certain parts to clean it thoroughly. I’ve enjoyed this tool so much that I even gifted one to my brother, who was also looking for a mandoline.

This is the best product I have bought in a long time. After a few months of use I find no fault in it. It is easy to use, it is safe, can go in the dishwasher. I am using it more and more. It saves so much time.
