Best brush for detail work.
A tad expensive but worth the money to me as I do more detailed work. These are sturdy enough and keep a great point. My favorite and worth the cost.

Top notch
These are amazing brushes well worth the price paid! I highly recommend as they maintain their form easily over long periods with even minor care. The water retention is great too and keeps paint from drying on the bristles too quickly.

Best Brush! Worst Shipping!
These are the best brushes you'll ever have the pleasure of putting paint on a miniature with, if they arrive in one piece! Gee Amazon, maybe ship them in a BOX? Or keep losing money replcing them... your call. Thanks for yet another trip to Staples! I feel like you guys owe me gas $$ at this point.

chances are if you're looking at them you already know that they're fantastic pieces of kit and a joy to work with
I don't think I need to speak to the quality of Winsor & Newton Series 7 brushes; chances are if you're looking at them you already know that they're fantastic pieces of kit and a joy to work with. You're going to pay a little more than you would otherwise but the investment is worth every penny. What I will comment on is this was shipped and delivered promptly and more importantly in pristine condition. I know a lot of people shy away from purchasing high end brushes for fear of damage in shipping. The brush was capped with a protector and the whole thing was then sealed in another plastic tube. The end result was a brush in perfect shape when it arrived on my doorstep. No bent bristles, no smashed ferrules, just a good clean product ready for use.

Great brush - just so expensive
Great brush - just so expensive. It makes a difference compare to my other ones.

It’s small but holds a lot of paint. Love it!
I think it depends if you’re using quality paint versus cheap ones. I’m using it with WN Cotman paints and it’s doing great! I have a lot of brushes but this one is my favorite. I consider myself a beginner and I find this brush easy to use. It is not soft, nor stiff. It’s just right. So if you’re looking for a just right brush, maybe you will like this one. I know it’s hard to trust Amazon reviews but I made this review based on mu experienced. Some reviews would just show you the photo of the brush without actually trying it and it’s hard to trust that. I buy my art supplies and when it’s good or bad I write a review lol.

Fantastic brush, great for detail work
I have a bunch of brushes for painting Warhammer 40K figurines, but this one is far and away my favorite. It's very easy to clean, and resists being warped, unlike some of my other brushes. Despite having a thinner brush in my collection, this one is still superior for detail work (and if you've painted 40K figures before, you know how tiny those details can get). While it might seem pricey for a single brush, it's well worth it!

Quality not consistent
I bought my brush after trying out a friend's and loving it. However, my brush had split ends right when I got it, and after less than a month, the writing on the handle completely disappeared. I take art, and several people have this brush, including my teacher. She tested it and said there was definitely something wrong with my brush, more specifically the tip.In my art, fine lines are really important, and a lot of that is reliant on the quality of the brush, rendering this faulty brush useless. I invested in this brush because of the reliability and reputation of this brand, and I am really disappointed in the quality of this brush and I'm really disappointed to see that quality isn't consistent.
