This book has some very informative information for the first 15 or so pages and then goes into the recipes. They are simple recipes and easy to follow. I've recommended this book to others that are trying out the diet.

I'm just starting the carnivore diet so I don't know if it will be for me or not. But this book has me encouraged. It provides an easy-to-follow meal plan, easy and delicious-sounding recipes and, for me, maybe best of all uses leftovers several times a week which significantly reduces the amount of time I have to spend in the kitchen. Even if I ultimately decide the carnivore diet is not for me, I'll feel that this book was well worth the money. It's giving me the opportunity to try this way of eating without spending a ton of money on a book to guide me while providing lots of varied recipes to try.

Yes best book yet! I have seen other books but this one is the best to use when you are a beginner It’s simple and easy to read Very beneficial my first month I lost 11lbs by using this book!
