My dogs love the treats even my picky dog who is very picky what treats food she eats and she loves them!

We currently have three Miniature Pinschers (down from as many as nine in recent times). One of our two chocolate Min Pins ( DJ - pictured) developed canine diabetes in 2022; consequentially we have to watch his diet very carefully.He gets one shot of long acting insulin twice daily, after he eats a full meal. He’s been pretty good about allowing me to give him his insulin shots, but it did take a few times to get him to that point.One of the tricks we learned (yes, our dog is teaching US tricks, lol) was to give him a little something he loves to eat before and after his shots. That lets us believe that, somehow, we have managed to take full control of the situation.Recently, my wife did some research and found this product. She believed it might be a good treat for DJ to help with his insulin injections. She wasn’t wrong. Okay, okay, I’ll admit it. She was right! At least that’s what DJ tells me when no one is around to witness his testimony.We call it “crack”! Min Pins may be small, but you DO NOT want to be in their path when we tell them we have some crack for them. They become possessed, with the single-minded focus and drive of a charging rhinoceros!We crush the soft, smallish cubes and sprinkle the powder on their food before each meal. They no longer leave even the tiniest morsel of food in their dishes! For our diabetic little DJ (and his mother, Vedette, who was also diabetic and whom I miss dearly every day) as well as our other two Min Pins, no other treat can match this one. I promise you it will be a big hit with YOUR best friend(s), too.Full disclosure, I have never been offered so much as a tiny bite of Ketona to try for free (but I don’t like liver anyway, so I’d have to pass). Also, the manufacturer has not solicited this testimonial from DJ (but he can’t read, so it wouldn’t have done them any good to ask). I seriously doubt there are very many dogs wouldn’t love Ketona just as much as DJ and the gang do. It isn’t a substitute for your dog’s regular diet, but it truly is a wonderful treat your dog will love! We buy six bags a month, so that shouldn’t leave any doubt in your mind about how much they love Ketona!Ketona, it does a doggie good!

So far so good. My little Miniature Pinscher has diabetes. While I find regular food she can eat her little treats can increase her glucose levels. She likes these treats and they don't raise her levels. I am glad I purchased this.

Im giving this a 3 star rating . I’m sure this is a fine product but my dog wouldn’t have anything to do with it. I tried adding this to his other food to introduce it to Him and he refused again. Finally donated to a shelter

All I can say about this product is it made my 9 yr old dachshund very sick. Bloody mucus stool, tummy bloat and pain. It was horrible. With some holistic care she is getting better, but please think of this post when you order. I'm going to try to refund mine, however I didn't keep the bag. I had no idea it was going to make her sick. She was a very hot and panting while trying to get it out of her system. I hope the seller will accommodate my request of a refund. I really had high hopes she would enjoy this treat.

Our Shih Tzu is diabetic and this is a treat she can have.

My dog is diabetic. I can only give him two small pieces when I kennel him. He runs to the kennel every time.
