Great Quality, Very Spacious Yet Compact, Would Definitely Recommend
The pad-folio is perfect for what I chose it for. I have not used the tablet space for a tablet, but for documents it is great. I am able to store documents such as mail and I use 6" x 9" manila envelopes quiet often and for that, the extra space is perfect. The credit/debit card slots are excellent. They are not so tight you have to struggle to get the cards out, but not so loose the cards slide out. I am able to store SD cards, USB drive and SD card reader in the inside zipper pocket. I was also using the standard 5" x 8" notepads, but after noticing that the 6" x 9" Steno-Pad would fit and still zip up easily I switched it out. Having a slightly larger notepad for more writing surface with no extra size added to the pad-folio was an extra benefit I was not expecting. The zippers seem solidly built and to be good quality. The material feels durable on the exterior. Yes, it may need replacing in 5 years or so but for the price I expect that to be so, I just hope I can get this same pad-folio (tempted to order 2nd and just keep for when needed). It is the perfect size for me. I do not have to carry around my full size pad-folio to have what I need on a daily basis. This is perfect for my EDC. There are so many to choose from but I honestly feel like I picked the correct one. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Also, if buying this for a gift it is like they say, "in a nice box ready to hand out".

So far, so good!
I just started using this junior pad folio this week. I am happy with the layout, appearance, and quality of construction. I am not ready to rate the durability of yet. I am using it with a spiral-top, steno type note pad. I like that I can fit my iPhone in the inside pocket and a few loose papers in the outside pocket. I also like the center location of the pen holder versus some brands that put it on the right of the note pad area. This folio is smaller in length and width than the Samsil 70821, which is what I wanted. In my opinion it is a bargain price, now I just hope that it holds up.

Can hold my padfolio and my drink in one hand!
After struggling with a full sized portfolio at my last conference and realizing I don't take that many independent notes but rather write notes on the handouts given, I decided to look for something smaller. What attracted me to this particular one was the wrist strap and, of course, that it zippered, important when it is dangling from a wrist. My thought was, "Great, I can hold my portfolio and drink in one hand and still be able to shake hands or open doors with out juggling. What kept me looking was its features as I realized I could leave my bag at home/hotel/office and just take this without problems. I like that you can use any 5x8 pad as long as it open from the top or size. This way I can choose which is most comfortable for me and if I want to take it out to use it, it is very easy to do. The pen holder should hold any size pen as it is quite generous and also stretches. So, no problem if you use one with a comfort grip as it should easily slide in there. The area for a tablet easily held my 8" phone with the stylus I have attached to it and just because I was curious, easily held a box of Andies candies which was about double the thickness of my phone. I thought I might have trouble closing it but it easily zipped up. I read one review where someone had trouble with the card slots but I had one card in each with my license in the one with the window and didn't have a problem. The slot just above the window one is deeper so you can kind of lose a card there but it is also a great place to hide a card. As my license, AAA, debit and credit cards are all I would be traveling with, I had no problems. Now, just as a warning. There are four card slots including the window one, not five as the top is decorative and not an actual slot. I may be the only one who tried to put a card in there as well but, hey, just in case someone else is as dense as me, I thought I'd toss that in. There's a nice size zippered pocket that would easily hold some bills so you can have some cash on you, a couple of checks, a passport, etc. Nothing thick, but definitely useful. It held my business card holder with no problems. The small mesh pocket is good for change or a flash drive but, unless you only have a key not on a keychain, I wouldn't use it for that as there just isn't enough room. What did work for me was attaching my keys, by way of a carabiner keychain to the wriststrap. There is an outside open pocket. How much you will be able to fit in there is directly related to what you have inside the padfolio. Without my phone inside, my hand fit in easily. With my phone, not so much but I could put in some folded papers. With the previously mentioned Andes Candies - receipts only. On to the wriststrap. Getting it on and off was a bit difficult at first. I bought the black which doesn't show a diagram of how to do that but remembered the pictures for the brown one did. The clip was very stiff to begin with and I was just not strong enough to open it. So, I just pressed down on the part that is supposed to go down and presto, change-o, I was able to get it off and then back on. After a couple of times doing that, the tab on the clip loosened enough for me to use that to open the clip. Of course, I don't plan to take it off and on but want to be able to if needed. It comes in a very nice box, suitable for a present. It has a professional look and feel to it and while not leather, it certainly would have fooled me as it is nothing like the imitation leather you usually see. I would like to see this in a nice burgundy color but the black is quite nice. There is also a one year manufacturer's warranty which I think speaks well for the manufacturer of this product. The price was fair and I will definitely be considering giving this as gifts to others I know would appreciate it. About Sigel Enterprises -- we've all gotten the letters after buying something to let us know they hope we like it, write a review, etc, Their first letter was different. It thanked me for purchasing their product and they wanted to know what made me choose it. Wow, finally a company that wants to know what attracts their customers to their products. Okay, I'll bite and I sent them my decision making process. Imagine my surprise when I received a personal response! Within hours! I've come away with the impression that if I do have a problem with this product, I can go to them to resolve it.

Very versatile, well made, good value, but not really real leather--sort of
For the money, this is really nice. It feels good too. If it holds up after extended use, I'll get another for sure. But be aware that "PU Leather" is made from polyurethane coating used to bind the parts of leather that aren't good for much else. I think the seller should be a bit clearer on that. But be realistic--you're not going to get full grain leather with this many compartments and zippers for this price. It comes in a very nice gift box if you wanted to make it a gift. I probably have four different types of these now. I use them for different purposes. For example, I keep my banking stuff in one so when I go to the bank, I have everything together. This one, I purchased for carrying travel documents, tickets, hotel confirmations, and my checkbooks when traveling for more than a few days. This fits into my 13.5 inch by 15 inch brief case easily along with my 13" laptop. Probably the most useful features are the numerous pockets and that the thickness expands quite a bit--almost two inches thick, so you can put a lot of stuff in it. The outside zipper is nice and sturdy (although two pulls would be better). There are three compartments inside plus a place to hold an 8 x 11.5 pad and one pen holder. The inside zippered compartment is large enough to easily hold two passports. The inside zipper is a bit flimsy, but it won't matter to me if it breaks as long as the outside zipper survives. The other two inside compartments are closed by a single snap. It seems to have a magnet in the snap--that makes it easy to close. One of those compartments is large enough to hold a full size sheet of paper without folding. My wife's tablet, about 7" x 10" fits in pretty easily. The other compartment behind the snap is smaller and you'll need to fold a full size sheet of paper in half. You could easily put a cell phone or a couple of check books in there, I think. The seven card holders inside easily hold credit cards and business cards, although I'd rather have one larger pocket that would hold my phone and only two or three smaller ones. I always keep my credit cards and drivers license in my wallet. Finally, there is an outside pocket that is almost, but not quite, large enough to hold a full size sheet of paper. It holds the size paper that comes with the pad, but paper sticks over the edge of the portfolio. However, it can hold a cell phone or two or anything you want to have easy access to without unzipping the portfolio.

In general good quality product
Product is exactly as described by the supplier. It has several good features/pockets to store different items. In general I was satisfied to buy it however had to return due to a flaw in stitching that was causing zipper to move smoothly. I will order another one and hope it will be shipped after thorough Quality inspection.

Excellent Conference Folio
Lautus Designs A4 Executive Conference Folder - arrived within 24hrs. The folder/folio case was packaged in a very nice sturdy presentation box, which has a sponge cushioning on the inside top and bottom of the box to protect the case. The folio case itself looks very nice - it looks like a quality product. The zip opens and closes smoothly and feels secure. The inner 'compartments' are all well put together. As described, there are a number of card slots, one having a netted front, another a clear plastic front, which are handy for ID type cards etc. The sleeves or slots for sliding in documents are well sewn and feel secure. I like that the sleeve on the right for the notepad has both a top and side opening, so you can dispense with the notepad if you choose and use it as another document pocket. The outside pocket is also secure and well put together. All in all, I am very happy with it (it replaces one I lost yesterday after stupidly putting it on the roof of the car whilst chatting, forgetting I put it there, and then driving off - needless to say, when I arrived at my destination my folio case was gone. So annoyed with myself! However, this new folio case is a very nice substitute.
