All the boxes were not sealed.  However the spf is sealed it has foil over the opening. But hyaluric acid serum has no foil on it. Is this ok.?

I buy inkey list all the time from where I can. Non of the small bottled products such as hyluronic acid or nicinemide come with a foil seal. The squeeze bottles such as cleaners, SPF and retinol do come with foil seal.

Is this a water based serum as I need a water based one not oil
