They make a positive difference when sewing!
I am new to sewing/quilting and thought these would help. They are AWESOME! I make cat quilts using flannel top and bottom and cotton batting inside so they are thicker than cotton quilts, since they are for cats they are smaller but slippery when quilting. These gloves made a huge difference, I have a better grip on the quilt, can easily turn it, they are great! I ordered xlarge and they are too long, I can still work with them but think a large would be better, from where my hand/wrist meet to end of middle finger is approx 7 inches (no measurement is given and since I ordered online, did not have the package to measure), hope this helps others. If you are using water soluble pens, the "ink" does transfer to the glove finger, but it comes off with cool water. Try these gloves, you will be amazed!

Necessary for FMQ
These are good gloves. I bought a cheaper version before and they're about the same quality and fit. Either way, I wouldn't go without them while free motion quilting. The grip is perfect, your hands stay cool and your wrists feel supported. It's always nice to have that little bit of protection between you and the needle as well.

Surprised how well these worked
These gloves helped me to grip the quilt. They have held up well. I wear a size 6.5 or 7 in surgical gloves. F ordered size small to medium and they fit well. The thickness thick enough to hold up, but not so thick as to alter the maneuverability

Exactly what I needed!
Been doing a lot of sewing, so I bought these to protect my hands, especially the tip of my fingers! Haven’t really tested them out yet, but the material is light and thin. I do worry that they won’t last long, but they are and do feel inexpensive. I have multiple projects lined up, so will come back here to update my review once I’ve tested them. For those who are curious about sizing, I have lady hands with ring size 5 and I ordered an x-small. They fit perfectly without being too loose around the fingers and wrists. If you like a looser fit, then I recommend getting one size bigger.

Best Quilting Gloves
Favorite free motion quilting and applique' gloves. They are comfortable, thinner and cooler than most other gloves and with good fingertip grip.

Great Quilting Gloves
Many years ago we were given machine quilting gloves by a fellow quilter. After those wore out, we tried these based on a local quilter's recommendation. The difference is amazing! We can quilt without having to take the gloves off and on during the quilting process. The hand size chart is very accurate.

Best quilting gloves
These are the best machine quilting gloves available, they are to replace a pair I have used for years, you are hardly aware that you have them on.

Price?
Bought these for my daughter and she says they are very good ..... Ok, so they probably sell fewer pairs of this extra small size, but do they have to be dearer than the larger sizes!? ( Hence only 4 stars ).
