This honey is in a class of its own and I don’t say that lightly. My father had over 40 bee hives at his peak of beekeeping so I have tried a lot over the years. I have used this in my overnight oats, on toast, in drinks and just by the spoonful when unable to resist, so very versatile. It spreads well and stirs in easily. The flavour is outstanding and I can see why it won the awards. Just ordered my second jar as the other one seems to have run out…

This honey is really thick and sweet, it has no sugar as the manufacturer said,, raw honey,l scoop a tiny bit into my mouth it feels rough and melted in 2 seconds in my mouth,, it is not smooth, it is rough but good, especially it has no sugar as l do not want to add any more weight, l like it, and l recommend it indeed.. As another reviewer wrote "you need a chisel." The honey I received is the same, rock hard. I like my organic honey and have spent hundreds of pounds on different honey over the years. I like them runny enough for me to dip my bananas in. I cut up 3 - 4 bananas on a plate, then use a fork to dip the banana pieces into the honey. With this rock-hard honey, I have to use a fork to put some honey on it and then place the fork in the banana pieces. It is just not the same. I will not be buying this again and will stick to my usual Honeydew brand of Bulgaria honey when I buy from Amazon in the future. I came across the same problem when I was buying from a Scottish independent honey maker. The first couple of years it was fine and I could dip my bananas in it. Then it changed to rock hard stuff, yet the honey maker told me it was exactly the same honey as always. Well, it definitely was not, so I never bought from him again. Just my opinion here, but I always suspect the bees are fed packets of white sugar when the honey is just a jar of crystals. I may be wrong, but I did see a lady in a large supermarket at one time that was in front of me in the queue and she was buying lots of 1kg bags of white sugar. The cashier asked her if she was baking, to which the lady replied, "oh no, it is for my bees". No doubt she sold raw, organic honey as well. I was not impressed. Obviously, this lady was driven by pure greed, not quality.

Le miel est très dur ,solide presque impossible à récupérer avec une petite cuillère et pas du tout le même goût ! L’après service m’a contacté me demandant des photos ! Purtroppo qualsiasi nutrizionista vi confermerà che la grande maggioranza del miele, anche di marche commercialmente "blasonate", purtroppo è di qualità piuttosto scandente non tanto per la materia prima...le api il loro lavoro lo fanno sempre bene...ma per i processi di lavorazione. A dirla tutta il miele pastorizzato e filtrato non dovrebbe neppure esistere in commercio, ma tant'è che in nome dell'efficienza produttiva industriale tutto passa in secondo piano (per chi vende). Fortunatamente esistono linee di produzione come questa di Q Honey che evidentemente pensano prima al consumatore che al produttore. In generale aldilà dei proclami promozionali che qualsiasi produttore può scrivere dove vuole sulla confezione e sulle pubblicità, qui abbiamo un prodotto che comunque ha raccolto dei riconoscimenti internazionali in almeno tre competizioni qualitative e organolettiche più che note agli operatori del settore. Questo oltre alle certificazioni di laboratori di terze parti. Posso solo dire provatelo. E certe robe che si vedono in scaffale nei negozi e supermercati manco le guarderete più.
