I actually use this on knee discomfort after healed knee surgery . Only complaint alittle hard to remove top after frozen , but dies an excellent job on direct area pain . Would recommend. Was suggested and used by PT person.

Great ice roller for your face. It is recommended to ice your face for no more than 5 minutes a day, and only up to 3 times a week, just a tip for anyone new and looking to reduce puffiness.

I bought this ice roller after seeing it recommended for morning puffiness, and I have to say, Iโm really happy with it. Itโs super easy to useโjust pop the head in the freezer, and itโs ready to go. The roller itself feels sturdy and smooth, and it stays cold for longer than I expected. I mainly use it in the morning under my eyes and across my cheeks to help wake up my face. It noticeably reduces puffiness and feels really calming on the skin. Itโs also been a huge help when I have redness or irritation (like after a long day in the sun or using retinol). Bonus: itโs amazing for headaches and jaw tension too. The upgraded version feels more ergonomic than others Iโve triedโitโs easy to grip, and the roller glides really well. No leaks, no mess.
