There is no place for earrings but you can make a hole easily by heating up a needle and putting holes where you want earrings to go. Use pliers to hold the needle and heat with a lighter for quick fix. Will work for post earrings as long as you pierce through to the hollow part to use loop type earrings.

No. I bought a male and female full body mannequins separately, and neither one is hollow. A full body mannequin is not supposed to be hollow. Both the male & female mannequins look like full-bodied store display mannequins, and some assembly is required.
