I couldn't figure out which way the strap was supposed to be slid up the heel. I eventually figured it out. I had it on backwards st first. Only thing is you can't just unbuckle your shoe for a second because the strap is not secure and will fall down. I still thought that the product was great. You can change the entire look of your shoe with this which is great.
