Yes, it was on time but did not come with my usual mailbox delivery. .There is only one gate to go in and out of our front patio to the mailbox (a short walk). So thru the afternoon I checked our front patio but not there. I usually have orders too large for mailbox left by front door on our shaded patio. When I order these supplements I try to be sure arrival will be on a day I will be home so I can remove quickly from mailbox or patio. At 3:15 p.m. luckily I checked again and the three supplements were in a Whole Foods box too large for mailbox sitting in the hot sun in front of patio gate....10 feet more & they would have been in full shade! Provides great natural feeling energy that lasts. For the first week I have only taken 1 a day around 2:30-3. After researching and reading all about the benefits of Co-Q10 - so far I have to say it lives up to the hype. I would definitely recommend! I also get this very subtle but quite nice tingly feeling all throughout my body about an hour after taking it. I rather enjoy this feeling and hope it lasts haha.
