There is plenty of room to layer with sweaters and hoodies if need be. Outer fabric is soft and luxurious. I thought from the photos that it was satin lined (still kinda wish it was) but it’s actually a breathable mesh material. Good for airflow but I’m not sure how it will stand the test of time. Only thing I hate is the Velcro tab on the inside pocket as it makes it a two hand job to get into it and I’m always afraid I’m going to tear the flimsy mesh fabric it’s attached to.
