This is the worst pair of earphones I have ever used in my life. I received them yesterday and tried them today. From the very first time I used them, the poor sound quality was obvious. The sound keeps cutting in and out and there is constantly a crackling noise. During calls, the other person cannot hear my voice properly. My money has gone to waste. I want my money back.

Quality Issues in Both Purchases
I bought these Twinice iPhone headphones twice, but had to return them both times. The first pair had a mic that didnโt work properly, and the second one came with a damaged cable. Really disappointed with the quality.
