Chemical smell but no refund or replacement
I’ve used these filters for years with no problem, but this one emitted a strange, chemical smell that did not dissipate. I contacted the seller (BestFilters) only to be told that it wasn’t their problem. That’s $60 down the drain. I’m not impressed.
