I has no indication what size goes with what waist....** A: Maybe this will give you some help on the products sizing. I have a 34" waist and 36 around the oblique's. (above the waist line) I bought a Medium and it fits fine. However, I would not recommend a Med. for someone more the about 1" larger then me in either location.
