Featuring an adjustable nozzle that sprays from a fine mist to a jet stream, it withstands harsh chemicals and UV exposure without cracking or fading. Ideal for automotive detailing, cleaning, and product dilution, this bottle combines long-lasting performance with a sleek, portable design favored by industry professionals. ## Description Heavy Duty Bottle & Sprayer (ACC_115_GR, ACC_121.16HD, ACC_121.32HD) gives you pro-level control for every cleaner, degreaser, and quick detailer in your workflow. Choose Sprayer Only to refresh worn triggers, or bundle the trigger with a labeled 16 oz or 32 oz bottle to build a dependable secondary container that stands up to daily detailing. Each pull delivers about 40% more output than standard triggers, so you wet panels faster and finish jobs with fewer squeezes. The rugged trigger uses durable components including a Viton O-ring seal for improved chemical resistance, while the comfortable finger loop and textured grip keep hands steady during long wash sessions. An adjustable head dials from a fine mist for interiors and glass to a tight stream for targeted cleaning on wheels, tires, and engine bays. The clear bottle makes it easy to monitor product levels at a glance, so you always know when it is time to refill. Mix your preferred dilution, label the bottle, and your entire team is working from the same setup with no guesswork. The standard neck threads fit most common secondary containers if you already have spares in the garage. When paired with your favorite cleaners, the system is ideal for pre-wash, wheel and tire care, general interior cleaning, glass, and more across cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, and home garage tasks. To use, rinse a new bottle, add product at your preferred ratio, top with water, and thread on the trigger. Set the nozzle for mist or stream and spray onto the surface or applicator as directed by the chemical's label. After use, flush the trigger with clean water to help maintain smooth operation. Whether you are a mobile detailer, shop pro, or weekend DIYer, this versatile bottle and sprayer combo is built to keep your process efficient, organized, and consistent. ## Features - High Output (ACC_121.16HD3) - Dispenses about 40% more per squeeze to wet panels fast for cleaners and degreasers; adjustable from fine mist to focused stream to cover big areas with fewer pumps. - Chemical Resistant - Viton O-ring and rugged trigger stand up to strong detailing chemicals used on wheels, tires, and exterior panels; dependable performance for daily washes, deep cleans, and shop use. 1.3 milliliter per stroke. - Detail Anywhere - Great for pre-wash, wheels and tires, engine bay, interior cleaning, and glass; useful across cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, and home garage tasks; clear markings help keep chemicals organized. - Superior results when used with spray waxes, carpet cleaners, dressings, window cleaners and even thicker water based dressings; 9-3/4" stem allows the sprayer to be sized for 32 ounce and 12 ounce bottles - End sprayer comes complete with light filter to assure maximum passage of chemicals; designed to be an effective cleaning tool under all conditions - Built For Pros & Beginners - Large finger loop and textured grip improve control with wet hands; leak-resistant design helps keep work areas tidy; a reliable choice for mobile detailers and DIY users alike. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00ABYVT64 | | Additional Features | 3 Pack, Anti-Slip, Heavy Duty Spray Bottles, Leak Proof, Refillable | | Best Sellers Rank | #7,128 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #8 in Car Washing Applicators | | Bottle Type | spray bottle | | Brand | Chemical Guys | | Brand Name | Chemical Guys | | Capacity | 16 ounces | | Color | clear | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 6,644 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00816276016481 | | Item Dimensions W x H | 2.6"W x 11.18"H | | Item Highlight | Chemical-resistant Viton-seal bottles with adjustable mist-to-stream nozzles for cleaners and degreasers, three pack | | Item Type Name | Spray Bottle | | Item Weight | 159 g | | Manufacturer | Chemical Guys | | Manufacturer Part Number | ACC_121.16HD3 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Satisfaction Guaranteed; See Product Label for Details | | Material | Viton | | Material Type | Viton | | Model Name | Heavy Duty Bottle Sprayer - 3 Pack | | Model Number | ACC_121.16HD3 | | Number of Items | 3 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | Car Washing, Refillable Bottle for Car Cleaner | | Reusability | Reusable | | Shape | Bottle | | Theme | automotive detailing | | UPC | 816276016481 | | Unit Count | 3 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Chemical Guys - **Capacity:** 16 ounces - **Color:** Clear, Gray - **Material:** Plastic - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Water ## Images ![Chemical Guys, Heavy Duty Spray Bottle & Trigger Sprayer, 16 oz, 3 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/712sxBOsmsL.jpg) ![Chemical Guys, Heavy Duty Spray Bottle & Trigger Sprayer, 16 oz, 3 Pack - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91eCdE6hjHL.jpg) ![Chemical Guys, Heavy Duty Spray Bottle & Trigger Sprayer, 16 oz, 3 Pack - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21b2ukvWFcL.jpg) ![Chemical Guys, Heavy Duty Spray Bottle & Trigger Sprayer, 16 oz, 3 Pack - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81MT3zSd8NL.jpg) ![Chemical Guys, Heavy Duty Spray Bottle & Trigger Sprayer, 16 oz, 3 Pack - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/915Fhe5R1hL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can they last with a bleach solution?** A: Absolutely not, according to the manufacturer. I used with a very diluted bleach solution. The sprayer stopped working after 5 weeks. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said this product is not made to use with bleach, therefore they would not refund or replace, and they recommended that I look for another product to use with bleach. **Q: Is it resistant to acetone?** A: No, it's not. These bottles are made of #3 PVC and acetone is a solvent for it. Acetone products usually come in a #2 PEHD or HDPE (High-density polyethylene) bottle. The sprayer unit may stand up to acetone but I'm not sure about this. I think you would be better off with something made expressly for spraying acetone: http://www.amazon.com/Chapin-10027-Industrial-Acetone-48-Ounce/dp/B00C4NQSQ6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1397177984&sr=8-1&keywords=acetone+sprayer **Q: How does it stand up to stronger acid. Looking for an acid resistant bottle for diluted Starsan for home-brewing.** A: This spray bottle died after 3 weeks. I was using a strong shower cleaner. I dismantled the sprayer and the internal spring had rusted and broken into several pieces. I now use an off-the-shelf spray bottle, but after each use, I remove the sprayer and spray several pumps of clear water. Then I spray until empty, reassemble the sprayer, and have been using this sprayer for several months with no failure. **Q: Will these spray paint thinner or will the paint thinner melt the bottle like conventional bottles?** A: the bottle will hold up but the silicone piston in the pump will not.. I had one fail within two hours.. taking apart a few different pumps I found another pump with a plastic piston cup and it has been there for the last couple of months with lacquer thinner and still functions fine.. ## Frequently Bought Together - Chemical Guys ACC_121.16HD Chemical Resistant Heavy Duty Bottle and Sprayer, 16 Ounce - Swan Isopropyl Alcohol, 99%, Pint, 16 OZ - NOW Foods Solutions, Liquid Lanolin Pure, Intense Protection, Formulated for Dry Rough Lips and Skin, 4-Ounce --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/3974593-chemical-guys-heavy-duty-spray-bottle-and-trigger-sprayer-16](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/3974593-chemical-guys-heavy-duty-spray-bottle-and-trigger-sprayer-16) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
