If i select women’s 7 / men’s 6, does it means the boot itself is a size sure-grip 6? confused by the chart

Yes the Boardwalk skates are in men's sizing and that is the size that will appear inside the boot. So if you purchase a mens 6 / women's 7 the box and skate will come labeled as a size 6.

Anyway I can receive them for indoor skating like the different wheels

Do the tan skates come with the black 78a 65mm boardwalk wheels?

Yes this particular skate listing as pictured with boardwalk black wheels

I’m an 8.5 do I get a size 7 ?

If you are a women's 8.5 we would recommend the size 7
