Don't buy for clothesline use
I got this help hold my clothesline up. It's knly about 4 ft and that when it's extended. Not impressed

I ordered it to prop up a clothes line. Did not work.

Perfect solution.
I have been having an issue with a towel bar constantly pulling out of the wall no matter how I tried to fix it. I finally found the perfect solution. This telescoping prop is just what I needed. It is easy to adjust. It is small and unobtrusive in the bathroom, and fixes to problem.
