This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner for my son’s 4a hair! Leaves his hair soft, moisturized, and tangle free. Smells AMAZING!

Works super well on my 4 year olds hair. I always comb the conditioner through her hair and then hair dry so the curls can fall how they naturally do. The smell is nice, and it keeps my daughters hair looking nice. I added a picture of 2 days after bath night to show how the curls stay strong even when she is due for a bath.

When I first got the shampoo my friend was like let me know how it smells I’m like wait why, well she bought a different one and said she tossed it smelled bad and I was like oh weird okay well too bad already ordered. The first time I used it I was like ooh! Apple but honestly I’m pregnant again and towards the end of the bottle I’m like I can’t tell if I’m hating it, or it’s getting weird or I’m pregnant but I used it once on my son and I got it for my daughter and he randomly said ew what’s that smell so when it comes to smell it might be good or weird? Maybe it’s the quinoa? I don’t know, I didn’t hate it but it was just different. The first few times I used it on my daughters hair I definitely felt like it was more formed curls and smooth, but over time again it seems like just another shampoo and conditioner so I don’t know if the product and scent changes and the quality as you use it or what but I found that to be kinda odd! We went through the conditioner pretty quickly but still working the shampoo. So it’s been a pretty good amount of shampoo for what it’s lasted but the conditioner seemed thin and had to use a generous amount. I know this review is like so on the fence, I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it but maybe it was just the shipment for that one, but for not having weird chemicals and what not that’s always worth it in my book

I absolutely love this product line! My 2 year old daughter has curly hair, and I was looking for something that would define and tame her curls without making them stiff or greasy. This exceeded my expectations! I washed her hair with the shampoo and conditioner, then towel dried it and sprayed in the styling gel. After combing it through and lightly scrunching her curls, they looked soft, defined, and bouncy. Everything smells amazing, and the styling gel provides great hold without leaving her hair crunchy, sticky, or greasy.

I absolutely loved the scent, it really leaves my daughter’s hair so soft, making it so much easier to detangle her curls. It has been such a great addition to her hair care routine!

Purchased this set for my 19 month old daughter. She has beautiful long curls and the baby shampoo wasn’t cutting it anymore. The shampoo lathers well with just a small amount but takes quite a bit of rinsing to fully wash out of her hair. Conditioner coats her ends and softens up tangles quickly. Once dried, her hair naturally curls into beautiful ringlets. I use the Fairy Tales curling spray as well to help freshen up her curls the morning after. My only other gripe is that her hair still seems dry and not as moisturized as it could be, so I will be purchasing a leave in conditioner to place in her hair after baths.

If you have a kids with curly hair this is a life saver! I had no idea what to do for my curly haired daughter, this not only cleans but also helps protect her curls. Since using this they have never looked or felt better, but also makes her hair so much easier to brush. I recommend this product to all my momma's which curly topped kids. Bonus is it smells amazing.

Let’s be honest: my child’s hair had more knots than a sailor’s handbook. Brushing it was like entering a battle I never asked for - complete with tears, bribes, dramatic exits. Then along came this magical potion in a bottle: Fairy Tales Curly Q Hydrating Shampoo. Even better, it came with a sidekick bottle of conditioner too. After one wash, her curls were so bouncy and hydrated, I half expected singing forest animals to appear and braid them. It smells amazing, like a gentle fairy just sprinkled fruit salad on her head, and it actually makes detangling possible without needing a peace treaty. Good stuff - smells like a unicorn took a spa in your bathroom, and it produces soft curls. I may also have tried it on myself (shhhh). Room for improvement - no actual fairy godmother or genie appeared from the bottle to do the washing for you. Disappointing. But I'll still give is 5 stars for getting my sanity back at bathtime and hair-do time.
