Takeya Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Spout Lid 18 oz 51155

Easy to clean, easy to replace parts. Good for hot milk drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Good for cold fruit smoothie. Big enough to keep hot drinks hot for a couple hours but not so big that I can't consume all the liquid within. Love it. Colour is great too. It's easy to hold and carry. Finally, the spout feels good to drink from.

The Takeya Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle is not just a hydration device, it's a lifestyle statement wrapped up in an exquisite lilac hue. Holding a comfortable 18 ounces, this bottle is the kind of loyal companion that promises to keep your drinks cold and your style points high. The spout lid design is a game-changer, allowing for one-handed, on-the-go hydration. It's as if Takeya looked at our multi-tasking lives and said, "We got you!" However, it does have a tiny secret. Much like how superheroes have their cryptonite, our Takeya bottle has the sealer gums in the lid. To keep your water bottle smelling fresh and not like the locker room after a football game, give the lid, particularly the sealer gums, a good cleaning now and then. All in all, the Takeya Actives water bottle is an efficient, stylish, and trustworthy hydration partner with a penchant for cleanliness. It's like the neat freak of water bottles, a trait that’s surely not the worst in the world of hydration. So, cheers to clean drinking and even cleaner lids! Solid five stars.

When looking for a water bottle, it was important to us to have one with a handle to carry plus a screw-on cap. This Takeya has both, plus a removable bumper on the bottom for noise reduction and protection. The screw-on cap is attached to the handle and when opened, the tension allows for it to stay open in various degrees without flipping back down while drinking. There are gaskets in both the cap and under the lid which can be removed for cleaning. Because we purchased the 18 oz size, we do have to refill during the day. Add some ice cubes and it remains cold late afternoon. It also fits in our car's cup holders.
