**Q: Does 09/02 /14 mean that the product expires in September or February?**
A: This means the ninth day of February, 2014, if this product is directly from Europe.  This batter was nice, but not worth the money.  I have tried them ALL.. all the imported crepe mixes and still, the very best is homemade...  flour,egg, milk (or water), melted butter.  Make batter very thin and spread quickly on crepe pan. Delicious and perfect.  You can add a bit of cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, etc... to step up the flavor of the batter a bit.  When done, spread Nutella on the crepe and roll it up  YUM!!!  just like you'd buy under the Eiffel Tower!!!

**Q: Does Francine make a buckwheat crepe mix?**
A: Didnt like them too thick

**Q: Once made, will the batter keep 1 or 2 days in the fridge?
This is a house of one adult.**
A: I have certainly done this with this product. I never let it sit for more than one to two days and another option is to just make the whole batch and stack them between damp paper towels in the refrigerator.
