This is a great heating pad for the money. It heats up quickly and the size is perfect being XL. The pad has a auto shut off for safety. I use it for shoulder pain and the pad cover is so soft and comfortable. I like that the cover is machine washable.

This is the best heating pad I've ever owned. Comfortable and easy to use with multiple settings and for such a great price. I highly recommend this.

Works great, Does not get too hot on the lower settings but does get very hot on the higher settings.

This heating pad is a nice size at 18x26, it covers my whole lower back. I've used this on my feet, back, legs and knees, and it worked well. The material is very soft and feels premium, and the heat temp controller is digital and very responsive. You have low, med and high heat. Low is way too low for me, med is okay and high is good enough. However, the high setting doesn't get as hot as I would like it. That's why I am giving it 4 stars because I wish it got hotter. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the max heat on high, which isn't terrible, could be better but not that bad. It automatically turns off in case you forget to turn it off which is a nice feature. The pad is very light and very easy to move around, especially if you are laying on top of it. This is a nice product and I recommend it, if you need heating in your life, give this a try, it has a great size and the heat is decent.

i've had this heating pad for almost two years and have used it nearly every day since purchasing, pretty much exclusively on the highest heat setting too. it still works great! the size is perfect and it's been such a lifesaver for my lower back pain and period cramps, but i actually use it most often right before bed to warm me up if it's cold in my room. i kinda just drape it over me under the covers lol. i love that it automatically turns off after an hour or two because i frequently fall asleep with it still on. the highest heat setting is the perfect temperature for me, warm enough to really help with any pain i might be experiencing but not so hot that it could burn me (i never use it directly on my skin). it's really easy to clean too, i just throw it in the washer on a gentle cycle and then let it air dry to avoid any damage (i've put it in the dryer on the air dry / no heat setting too and haven't had any issues). this is a solid product that has stood the rest of time so far!

While this heating pad gets HOT, you don't have to worry about getting burned (the last heating pad I had- I got some serious second-degree burns and bad blisters). There are three heating levels. Please see the photos of the timer- it is pretty simple to use- low, medium, and high. I didn't like that there is no timer on the heating pad- and it seems to turn off after an hour or two (I never have really kept track). But I use a heating pad most- at night- and the fact I don't know how long it takes to turn off- which means the lack of a timer isn't a bothersome feature with this pad. After almost a month- I don't think the feature is as important as I once thought. What I loved was that the night this heating pad broke, I ordered this one and had it in under 12 hours. I like to have heating pad access 24/7- so when the one I had broke after about a month and a half- I picked one out that was cheap and that would come quickly. Because it seems, no matter how much I choose to pay for a heating pad- none of them last me long. Why not try a cheap one after the expensive one broke after a month and a half? The one that lasted the longest was the only one I got for free- from my insurance (a few years ago). And it was the cheapest of the bunch. The most expensive one- gave me second-degree burns (with warnings I finally found out was in the fine print- the very very fine print they later pointed out to me) and broke after a month and a half. So I will see how this one lasts- so far so good. The heating pad size is overly large- as you can see in my photos- I took three larger paperback books and set them on the pad and there was still room on it- width-wise. The cover of the heating pad is also nice- and very comfortable. I also included a photo of the controller. I would encourage others, as I do with all heating pads after being burned- if you are using the beating pad on your bare neck or shoulders, even your back- don't fall asleep the first few times until you are sure your body can take the heat. You never know- the other pad wasn't even set to that high of a level (a five out of nine) when it burned me- it just got that hot. However, this heating pad has not done anything like that to me- I just always warn others now- just to be safe. I have had this heating pad for a month in a few days. So far I have had no issues, other than the fact there is no timer and that has not bothered me as it stays on long enough for me to fall asleep. I would say this is a great heating pad that can come to you quickly (if you make the right selections). And for a rough user- this one is still in good shape. However, if and when I have issues I will update this review accordingly below (and with a loss of stars, if needed). And if you're thinking of this item as a gift for anyone- I think you are an angel as I would love to be gifted heating pads as a present. After a little more than a month of use (started to use it on Now. 30) this heating pad no longer works. I am tired of spending money on these things and then- they quickly break. However this heating pad gets the award for breaking the fastest. So, unless you want to pay to possibly use a heating pad for a few days after it most likely could have been returned (like I want to deal with that drama- returning it)- try another one. For the money this one wasn't too bad but for it to break after a month with it's lack of any features- I would try anything else (if I were someone else). Thank you.

So warm and light. Was using that heavy damp heat sunbeam garbage. $90 and it didn't work a quarter as well as this. Had to buy two a year. Another Sunbeam was broken before it got to me. Was stuck in that expensive cyle for years. I have ehlers danlos, really great for sore muscles after physical therapy and naps. Can't beat the price or comfort. Perfect heat. YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT ADVERTISING ON ONE OF THE EHLERS DANLOS SITES - the light weight, coverage and perfect heat is perfect. Thank you. My body and mind thank you!

The best thing about this is the size. And that it heats up fast. Beyond that, it’s not great. It tends to heat quickly and then cool down a lot so I have to keep turning it off and on. It’s also not really reversible so it can only sit one direction. So it’s useful but only just barely. Will probably have to order a different brand and keep this as backup.

This heating pad was highly rated on Consumer Reports. It is excellent.

I find many heating pads too hot even on the lowest level, but this one is perfect. Sometimes I have even had to turn it up to two which means I actually have a choice in the temperature. (This may not be true for everyone since my tolerance for heat seems to be much lower than average.) Also I appreciate the quality and the softness of the material. The choice of colours was a bonus as well since I could purchase a colour that matches my decor and looks less like a health care product.
