I started researching this as my hair was dry, frizzy & unhealthy. Also, I’d read it helps with circulation. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. After a few weeks, my plantar fasciitis had started to improve. In the recent past, I’d had 11 shockwave treatments to try to help with the pain but it only worked for around 3 months. I’m currently on my third month of taking this and I’ve no pain in either foot now. I get aching feet after being on them all day in work but that’s normal. This product is really magic ! I buy it for my mum ! She is 63 years old and after using it for one month she start to feel better (she has problems with the knee) ! I recommend this product specifically for old people and for who care about their health ! Easy to use and the taste is good ! You can take it even on the go !

Nice taste, handy to use
