My year old Cane Corso Puppy got a terrible muzzle infection. Either for to allergies or breed specific skin conditions and this recommended wound/skin antiseptic thank God is helping to heal Her snout. I wet the infected area, then apply antiseptic liberally all over the infected area and rub it gently in. Then I leave it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing the entire area and drying it thoroughly twice a day. I am only on day 3, but I can already tell that the infected area is no longer angry and swollen looking. It's going to take some time, but we are on the right path now with the help of this.

While my wife was pregnant she was very sensitive to smells, she didn't like fragrances like perfume or deodorant. So I stopped wearing deodorant and needed some way to keep my armpits from stinking and I turned to this product. I use it in the shower on my armpits and it does a great job of killing the bacteria on the skin that causes stinky armpits. After I use this I can go several days without my armpits smelling bad even if I don't use it again every day. This is what they use for pet shampoos and they use it in hospitals for surgery to kill bacteria. No idea why they don't use it in normal body soap and shampoo, maybe it's harsh on some people's skin, but it works great for me, so I've kept using it for over a year. I like that it lets me not have to use antiperspirant because that has aluminum in it that some people think might be harmful as an endocrine disruptor, so I just continue using this instead.

Hi, my daughter has eczema on the inside and outer part of her elbows, her neck, back of knees and forehead/hairline. I started to cleanse her skin Hibiclens-Anti microbal & Antiseptic soap & skin cleanser, sold on Amazon, and added two other products that has 100% controlled her eczema. This product I used on her after her shower, while in the shower, I put some on my hand and rubbed it on her problem areas for about 20 seconds then rinsed it out with water. After she dried up, I sprayed the PSOR-VAL Fast acting zinc pyrithion skin disorder relief spray sold here on Amazon. This product will slightly sting if the skin is raw so I would blow air to help with the stinging that only last about 5-10 seconds, but after 2-3 days the stinging goes away since her skin started closing and healing (i stopped spraying this after her skin healed). After i spray the product and it dries, I put Exederm Ultra Hypoallergenic Eczema Dermatitis Flare Control Cream, also sold on Amazon (this I have continued using on her for now). Guys this combination has cured her. I'm not saying it'll work for everyone but it worked for her and I've tried ALL KINDS OF PRODUCTS for years!! This is it. I'm shocked and happy at the same time to not see her itching and scratching and picking scabs, so much of it she has scars on her arms and forehead (she also has Autism and ADHD so the picking scabs is an urge, now controlled though), I will work on healing her spotted scars next. YAY!!! Added note, I also spent money on the bedsheets and bought Organic Tencel Eucalyptus Sheets, it's a little pricey but definitely worth the buy. These sheets are amazing and I'm sure they would last you a lifetime, if you can't afford it, some vendors offer payment options which is what I did. The regular cotton sheets were not helping her. Really good product and a fair price for it, but I would highly recommend you get a foaming pump to use it with. I recently got diagnosed with Hidradenitis. My skin doesn’t handle bacteria very well and it’s lead to a lot of acne and some reoccurring cysts. My doctor recommended that I get a chlorhexidine soap and start using it as my body wash. When I bought it, I didn’t realize how thin it would be, and found out pretty quick it doesn’t like to cling to a wash cloth like normal soap. The foaming dispenser more or less fixed that problem for me (the video shows the difference between the liquid and foam’s consistency). I still like to use a normal body soap to get clean, so I use this as like a last step to sanitize. If you do the same, make sure you rinse off the normal soap thoroughly otherwise it will interfere with the Hibiclens. I like to put it on and wait a few minutes before rinsing it. I’ve been using it about two weeks now and I’ve noticed my skin starting to clear up. It’s not some magical transformation overnight, but the improvement is noticeable and hopefully it will continue to get better.

There’s a reason it’s used in hospitals, veterinary clinics and highly specialized medical professionals swear by this. This is a product that everyone should keep around for the occasional use or unexpected situation that may occur. It has a great shelf life too so you don’t have to worry about spoiling or deteriorating of the ingredients.

Been using hibiclens for years for the prevention of hidradenitis suppurativa flare ups. When I get lax on using it, I notice that I do flare up. I can tell it does help a lot for prevention of occurrence of flares and prevention of infection when I do have any flares.
