Will this adhere vinyl stickers to a car's exterior?

Rapid Tac Application Fluid will not adhere anything. It's purpose is to keep the sticker from adhering so that vinyl sticker can be moved exactly where and how you want it. Then the squggie the fluid out and then when what is left dries the vinyl sticker's adhesion takes over and sticks the sticker to the car.

Can this be used with vinyl labels that already have a adhesive on them?

You'll have better luck with this than without it. One advantage is re-positioning is possible with this product vs dry method. Always work from center out and squeegee the air and fluid out. Don't over apply just a light mist! If your using a vinyl without a backing(cover/spacing sheet) make sure you cover the end of the squeeze with the soft(fabric) side of Velcro tape, this will stop any scratching of the material while clearing the air bubbles.

actually works as described

this stuff actually works, it has a solvent in it, probably IPA, so it evaporates quickly. it did not reduce the final adhesion of the wrap that i can tell so far. good stuff

This is amazing stuff!

I used the Rapid TAC to apply vinyl onto glass for a sublimation project. After spraying the surface, the vinyl went on so smooth, and was movable until I found exactly the right centering. Then I used a squeegee to remove any bubbles. I highly recommend this!
