It heats up and cools down much faster than my glass top stove does, so it’s easier to adjust the heat. The nonstick coating is non-toxic, remains nonstick after many uses and washings, and the whole pan is very easy to clean. I only use silicone utensils (no metal), hand wash it, and it’s still like new. Although the description says it heats evenly, it does get hotter over the round element, so browning requires frequent rearranging.
