Smart Power Fail Alarm, AC Power Outage Alert, LoRa Long-Range Wireless, Remote Monitoring, App Alerts, Text/SMS, Email Alerts, YoLink Hub Required!

Loud, customizable, works. I got this for an Anker LiFePO4 power bank backup to my security cameras and alarms, which like all such systems, is unreliable in sending notifications on grid failure and restoration. By simply plugging this into any outlet in the house, that gap in the powerbank capabilities is solved. It works well with the Yolonk system and app that I use for about 8 leak detectors throughout the house which I am also very happy with after several months. This item notified me at 3am about loss of power and sent notifications during the day without a hitch when it happened again. The Anker told me nothing but did provide power. Glad I got this.

This Yolink power failure alarm is very easy to set up compared to other competitors products and works seamlessly with the hub. Functions are very configurable through the app for example the audible warning, push notifications and e mails.

I HAVE 4 OF THESE POWER ALARMS DEVICES. HAS LONG AS THEY ARE CONNECTED TO THE HUB AND YOU HAVE INTERNET THEY WORK VERY WELL. I ALWAYS GOT A NOTIFICATION IN MY EMAIL AND TEXT. ALSO IF THE INTERNET GO DOWN I GET AN ALERT THAT THE HUB IS OFF LINE, AND ANOTHER ALERT WHEN THE HUB IS BACK ONLINE. I ALSO HAVE THE WATER DETECTOR IN MY SAILBOAT BILGE COMPARTMENT IF THERE IS WATER RAISING IN THE BILGE I GET AN ALERT. TOTALLY AWESOME PRODUCT!!!!!

Does exactly what I wanted it to do. The device calls home and if it misses a few heartbeats, you get a notification in the App. You can also have it buzz through the onboard buzzer. That was ridiculously loud and fortunately you can disable that in the app. Install is a breeze, as it is with all YoSmart products. Support is also fast and friendly.

This unit pairs easy. Nearly seamlessly due to a very intuitive hub-unit interface. But why is there not an integrated plug? This requires the unit to be mounted separately on the wall, meaning another unnecessary hole. Not a deal breaker, just irritating. Also, interesting they put an audible alarm on this unit, but not the water sensors. Why? That said, these are very nice products. They work well and setup easily. Worthy investment.

We were already using YoLink products for water leak detection so this was incredibly easy to add. We use it to guard a dedicated 20 amp circuit in our garage that has a large refrigerator plugged into it. We were getting nuisance trips and so replaced the GFI with a 20 amp Legrand and problem solved. Then we were paranoid about that refrigerator so we added this power outage alert device. The long range wireless worked perfectly. Big fan of YoLink.

This device told me my sump pump breaker had popped! It was ideal, the downside was double pump failure was causing the breaker to pop which did flood the basement. Still the power fail worked like a charm, well until it also became water logged. Still I would strongly recommend for knowing when key breakers might have popped.

This is affordable and effective. It is really convenient to add on to an existing YoLink system. It is also very loud, so you will hear it throughout your house if the outlet has a power failure.

Realmente cumple con su funcion, y en esta nueva version de la app, esta la posibilidad de poder silenciarlo cuando se va la luz lo cual es realmente gratificante ya que anteriormente no estaba disponible. El unico detalle es que necesita un hub para que te avise cuando se va la luz, esa seria su unica desventaja y hasta parecer ser que lo hicieron a proposito para comprar esta funcion por separado.

It works perfectly! If something happens to the breaker that will prevent my sump pump from running (tripping or black out), I will be immediately informed thru the app (and/or email). I also bought another one to monitor my UV lamp to sterilize my water well. Great product!

This product is a detector of electrical power outages. Not sure why I was asked about motion detection. It paired easily with my existing Yo Link hub, and installed easily with the app on my phone. I chose settings suitable to my environment and tested it twice. So far it is operating fine.

As mentioned in my review of the YoLink Hub, we have a standby generator which starts and transfers automatically in the event of a power failure. Unfortunately the App for the generator doesn't alarm or provide push notification when a power failure occurs and/or when the generator is running. We needed to know the status of both the electricity supply and generator status at all time so that's where the YoLink Hub and Power Failure Module came in real handy. Pairing the power failure module with the hub was a breeze and the App connected to the Hub and Module effortlessly. The one thing I liked about the App and this may not matter to those that have a newer phone is that the App only requires Android 5 and up and since I have an older phone it installs and works great. A lot of App today require a much higher OS and don't work on my phone so this was an issue for me. So the Power Failure module is plugged into an outlet and immediately notifies me if the power should go out and when the generator takes over. That's a winning combination!
