Review: Pretty good, kinda impressed - So far so good. I'm a bus driver and it hasn't let me down. I haven't had any issues with connectivity and the durability isn't bad. It stays in my work bag and that get thrown around pretty often. I haven't tried to update the map but I haven't had the need. It took me from Florida to Canada and back without issues. I find it easy to use but when I first started using it, it was slightly complicated. I don't think anyone is buying a large gps because of its battery life but if so, the gps is powered by plug. It has a short battery life for I guess updating and route planning but isn't designed for that. I find the routes it chooses are pretty good and it's visibility is pretty good. Bright enough to see in the daylight and dark enough not to bother you while you drive at night. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for so if you're looking for something that has zero issues, this product isn't for you. Spend the $400 - $600 for the top name brands but for me, it's really good. Hope this helps.
Review: Bad system - This is a very bad system for a truck driver. The unit will not darken enough for night driving, the system will try to send you down truck restricted roads, the clock will not update this would be a very bad unit especially for a new driver.

So far so good. I'm a bus driver and it hasn't let me down. I haven't had any issues with connectivity and the durability isn't bad. It stays in my work bag and that get thrown around pretty often. I haven't tried to update the map but I haven't had the need. It took me from Florida to Canada and back without issues. This is a very bad system for a truck driver. The unit will not darken enough for night driving, the system will try to send you down truck restricted roads, the clock will not update this would be a very bad unit especially for a new driver.

I have had a problem with this product. Will not connect with satellite. It is useless to me. Need to return if I can. Unhappy with this product.
