No Panic Attack. This stuff really works!
This product was recommended to me by my doctor for anxiety. I get panic attacks on airplanes. Normally, I have a prescription for clonazapan which I use . But this product made me feel so calm that I decided to test using it instead of my prescription. Don't get me wrong. I still carried the prescription with me just in case. I was ready to use it if this product wasn't enough. Imagine my shock when I took Tranquility and had no anxiety at all. I will probably carry the prescription with me anyway, at least for the next few times I fly. ( I've got to build some trust). Nonetheless, this product is wonderful. I am usually a stickler for natural products, so I am thrilled at the idea of making the switch. Wonderful product! It is also great for helping you to unwind at the end of the day and sleep.

Very effective
This stuff really helps me re sleep when I wake up half way the night Bc my sleeping pills are becoming less effective. I started getting a tolerance so I switched to something similar and go back n forth to assure I don’t build tolerance too much. No groggyness and I can take them even abt 3 hours before I intend to get up and feel fine doing so. It does have Kava so be aware you’re not “supposed” to have with in 3 hours of alcohol.

Better than melatonin or pharmaceutical. No hangover feeling the next day. Non addictive

Doesn’t Work As Expected
A doctor suggested this when I was quitting my anti-anxiety medication. It did nothing for the withdrawal symptoms (anxiety, hypervigilence, brain zaps, jerking, paranoia) like the doctor said it would. I ended up buying GABA and Ashwagandha instead. I recommend those two to this rip off.

This product did help calm me and the first few nights helped me sleep. I took only one capsule as I have trouble with too much of any supplement. After a few days, I noticed some stomach issues with the supplement, so I have backed off and will try again later.

A great product
I have been taking this product off and on for about 4 years. My doctor told me about it. I have also taken Moringa which is another good natural product. I have taken several prescription meds over the years as needed, but of course prefer to take something like this. For me this is very subtle and gives me a feeling of well being. You can take this twice a day if needed.

Really like this product
I am not the one to write to reviews but if a product deserves it then I definitely write one. This product is great. Works really well. Please try it. It is a bit expensive (hence the 4 stars) but if you are someone who is suffering what price is this. I take 2 a day, as recommended. Please try it. I am inclined to give the other products from this company a try as well. Will write an updated review after continuous/longer use of this product.
