Most of the parker jotters i’ve bought do not allow the spring in the pen to slide out. do these? open the pen, remove the refill, and test, please.

No, in the newer style, the spring does not come out. And, this newer style has just a small strip of metal at the tip--unlike the 1/8 inch in older models. And, the blue color on the pen chips very easily. I have older models that are decades old and are in perfect shape.

do all 10 pens come in one pack as in the picture or do they come separately packaged (one per pack)?

I have order these three times one time they came in separate packages. Two times they were one pack of 10 like picture
