Good, inexpensive replacement socket
The good: Gold plated, All the hardware need for chassis ground mount or isolated ground mount. Color coded for left/right. The not so good: Just average holding tension. Not super snug.

Solid connectors, easy to install, seem sturdy - my RCA cables connected to them just fine.

Appearance isn't everything when it comes to connectors
Somewhat disappointing. I spent quite a bit of time looking for a circuit fault which turned out to be the fact that the male RCA plug was not contacting the center conductor of the female RCA connector jack. I ended up replacing the jack with another one. This occurred even after I tried several RCA plugs. The other thing that I noticed was how difficult it was to solder to the center conductor solder cup. It is either due to the thermal mass, or it is due to the surface finish of the part. In either case, it wasn't easy to solder to it. All of this was a surprise because this phono jack looks to be extremely well made.

Good female RCA audio connectors
These appear to be well made and they arrived on time

Very inconsistent
I ordered 12 of these jacks. The size and quality is very inconsistent from one to another. Using the same Switchcraft male plug, about a third of these jacks wouldn't make connection unless I put pressure on the plug. The rest ranged from a loose fit to almost not being able to remove the plug without damage. They're about one fifth the cost of quality jacks, so I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't use these for anything beyond prototyping.
