These pills are easy to swallow. So far I have not noticed any negative or adverse side effects from taking these.

Made me tired, neon yellow urine
I started taking these and after 4 days of neon yellow urine, and feeling weirdly tired I decided to stop. Idk if I’m getting to many B vitamins with these & diet but these def made me feel off to the point my husband asked if I was alright. May be good if you have a diet lower in meat or natural b vitamins, but I don’t so these probably were not for me.

This product does not work, and there is no return policy. I assume, due to the fact their product does not work and everyone want to return it.
