Had issue, seller very helpful in resolving. *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2023* I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one. I purchased this set around the beginning of December 2022, and didn't actually use them until around Christmas time. After a couple of weeks of use (on a timer for 4 hours per day), I noticed that only the tallest candle (6 inches) had become more and more dim. Eventually the light was so dim that you could barely see it. I put in a fresh pair of batteries, ensured the dimmer was set to the highest, and the candle light was still very low. I contacted the seller about my issue. At first they offered to refund me $6. I then suggested that they send me a new 6 in candle instead, and they did. The replacement candle arrived quickly. I tried it with new batteries and the previous batteries that I used in the original candle. The new candle shines bright. Hopefully it lasts longer than the previous. The customer service from this seller was great. But after charging the candles they last for weeks without charge.These candles are so beautiful. They are made with real candle wax, they have the center carved out for the inner mechanisms so that it glows with light. The on/off and two settings are on a switch on the bottom. Each candle has a little flame (not real) on the top that moves and gives the appearance of flickering flames. These candles are beautiful.
